Charles Covington and Joshua Topper share first place in 2nd Owings Mills Summer Open.

Charles Covington and Joshua Topper shared first place in the FIDE-rated Championship section, with scores of 4.0/5.0. Covington also won the Senior prize. Meanwhile, Daniel Rohn, won the upset prize. In the reserve section, Taylor Blackwell won first place with a perfect score. Tom Sevik took home the Senior Prize. In the 1-day U1400 section, Elias Williams won first place going 4.5/5 while David Leedom won 2nd place
